Summary:
We are looking for a Test Publishing Administrator to join our team. The Test Publishing Administrator uses various software programs to produce materials and products associated with test development. This includes creating and maintaining content rich data bases that support computer-based tests. The position requires working on multiple projects simultaneously and planning and executing assigned tasks efficiently to meet every deadline with accurate outcomes. The Test Publishing Administrator partners with copyeditors and graphic artists to coordinate efforts within the group and meet shared goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
Use proprietary and general use software and tools to build test forms according to client specifications
Applies advance knowledge of software to create and format complicated technical documents
Migrates and converts items and images from MS Word documents to database format
Maintains multiple databases and data input of test items
Organizes data based on program and content area specifications and makes recommendations, as needed
Builds item banks and test forms that will be used for test publishing and/or committee meetings
Utilizes strong technical skills to easily learn and apply new features that support production needs
Works cooperatively with team members and other departments to meet client driven deadlines
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational and document management skills
Proficiency with databases, MS Word, and Excel
Ability to learn technologies and software easily
