PDL shall be responsible for implementing supporting managing optimizing and expanding TriZetto based services solutions including implementations upgrade cloud migrations maintenance & support. also align the portfolio with healthcare market trends and with TriZetto competencies to orchestrate and adapt to customer requirements. Drive HPC services teams on business development estimations and pricing solution finalization value generation and optimization of overall HPC services
Responsibilities
The leader will be responsible for the delivery management of small and large engagements at offshore both enhancements and production support ensuring minimal business aberrations
The leader is expected to actively collaborate with the global delivery partners multiple EDPs and Healthcare product consulting PDLs to identify opportunities support with solutioning and convert into engagement while building capabilities where required.
The leader will be responsible for the people management responsibilities of the offshore team including performance and rewards related activities.
The leader will be responsible for creating maintaining maturing and globalization of center of excellence like configuration interoperability and government etc.
The leader will be responsible for developing business cases for investments deliver value for them based on the ROI plan.
Bring in synergy learnings across accounts
The leader will also be accountable for driving Innovation and the related assets.
The leader is required to improve cost of delivery while delivering to the contracts.
Drive learning and skill up initiatives for associate up skilling globalizing and help new digital initiatives
Stakeholder management Business Planning and Review Ops excellence relationship building People and escalation management
Collaborate and resolve conflicts in a diverse matrix organization within Cognizant and with clients
Review deals and projects as needed to ensure comprehensive solution scope timelines risk and mitigation plan

Certifications Required
Certification in healthcare AHM 250 or equivalent is a plus
