The IT Governance Expert role will report to the Head of IT Audit & Compliance Management, and is part of the company's Digital Enterprise Solutions (DES) Organization.




Your Role:



  • Evaluate IT Audit Readiness: Conduct effectiveness checks to assess the inspection and audit readiness of the IT organization.
  • Audit Management: Manage incoming audits, review audit plans and scopes to prevent redundancy, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Guidance and Representation: Provide expert guidance on IT compliance and audit processes. Represent the IT department during internal audits, coordinating all activities related to inspection readiness.
  • Regulatory Support: Facilitate timely provision of regulatory inspection evidence to surveillance authorities and regulatory bodies.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Generate security and quality metrics based on audit observations, internal assessments, and business satisfaction. Escalate critical risks to management as necessary.
  • Supplier Evaluation: Assess the adequacy of suppliers concerning information security, quality, data privacy, and data retention policies.
  • Collaboration with Internal Auditing: Liaise with the Internal Auditing team for audit planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who You Are:



  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience that provides a solid understanding of relevant theories, principles, and concepts.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of extensive professional experience in audit management (not necessarily as an auditor) or a solid IT background with involvement in auditing processes.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    • Proven ability to interact effectively with senior management within a matrix organization.
    • Excellent influencing skills and the capability to collaborate with diverse cultures.
    • Able to work independently and self-driven.
  • Language Proficiency: Business-fluent English skills are essential.
