Job summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Spring Boot Microservices Java JSON Rest API SOAP and Maven. This hybrid role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business solutions and improve processes. The position operates during day shifts with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for various projects.
• Develop detailed documentation and specifications to guide development teams in implementing solutions.
• Utilize Spring Boot and Microservices to design and develop scalable applications that meet business needs.
• Implement and maintain Rest API and SOAP services to ensure seamless integration with external systems.
• Apply Java programming skills to enhance and optimize existing applications and systems.
• Use JSON for data interchange between systems ensuring efficient data processing and communication.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables using Maven to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for applications addressing any issues that arise.
• Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work to maintain productivity and collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the team.
• Ensure that all solutions align with the companys strategic objectives and add value to the organization.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Java programming and related technologies.
• Have experience with Rest API and SOAP for system integration.
• Be skilled in using JSON for data exchange and processing.
• Familiarity with Maven for project management and build automation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
