Job Description SummaryJunior Engineer will be responsible for Cabinet assembly , Cabinet wiring and assemble electrical devices while they are supposed to maintain the health of tools & machinery. Candidate may also perform tests on electrical items, such as Cabinets and sub assemblies.

• Responsible for managing production no’s in Assembly, testing and subassembly of control cabinets.

  
  

• Responsible to deliver product with first pass yield of : 95% or more.

  
  

• Implement 1 Kaizen in safety, quality or productivity per month, also must comply to all EHS requirements & actively support EHS programs in the plant.

  
  

• Should be actively involved in self managed teams (HPT)

  
  

• Working with warehouse team for timely supply of materials

  
  

• Ability to read blueprints, BOM, Connection diagrams and specifications

  
  

• Ability to learn and work on various digital tools like MES, Pro-label

  
  

• Manage consumable requirement for production. Work on the cost reduction projects of consumables.

  
  

• Handling customer complaints involving supply and delivery

  
  

• Maintain tools & machine health

  
  

• Identify and coordinate notice, input and resolution production challenges
   

  
  

Qualification:

• First Class Diploma in Mechanical / Production/Electrical Engineering,

  
  

• 2 Years of Experience in Engineering industry – with firsthand experience of  Control  Cabinet assembly, Cabinet wiring, trouble shooting

  
  

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in Cabinet assembly, Wiring and trouble shooting

  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with problem-solving, lean and quality tools and methodologies for control cabinet assembly
