We are seeking a talented individual to join our India Sales team at Mercer Assessment Team. This role will be based in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

About the Role:



The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients for the business in mid-market and the achievement of the revenue targets for assigned territory. The candidate should have experience in new accounts acquisition or key account management specific to academic institutions for a minimum of 5 years.

Minimum Qualifications: MBA




Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for achievement of revenue targets for assigned territory.
  • Research, Account Mapping and Lead generation to support revenue targets.
  • Acquiring new clients for the business in Higher Ed, EdTech, Education Management Organizations
  • Relationship Management (upselling and cross-selling) with all new/existing Clients to maintain the future association and ensure y-o-y growth.
  • Updating Sales Efforts in CRM and assist in preparation of daily reports and MIS.
  • Should have experience in SAAS based or cloud-based selling / HR Solutions / Concept Sale.

Minimum Requirement:



  • MBA/PGDM (Engineering candidates in UG preferred)
  • 4-8 years of experience in EdTech industry, of selling to Higher Ed segment – Universities/ Colleges/ Institutes/ B Schools.
  • Strong network of and goodwill among Decision Makers (VP, CXO etc.), especially in Higher Ed segment
  • Enterprising aggressive sales professional with excellent communication skills
