• Drive Successful profitable business with identified set of customers so as to contribute towards overall CFS goals.
• Achieve targets as assigned by commercial head through various available revenue streams.
• Map each customer to have better visibility of customer activities.
• Ensure deep selling to existing customers so as to increase the share of wallet from them. With primary focus on CFS products sell other DP World products as applicable.
• Maintain a healthy target customer pipeline and ensure new customers are gained on a constant basis.
• Liase with BU head and commercial head for pricing matters as needed including pricing requests for specific customers as needed.
• Work closely with operations / customer support / sales in the process of quoting rates for eg :- pricing req for special equipment, reefers etc.
• From time to time work with BU head and commercial head to decide on pricing strategy and approach to be taken while quoting rates.
• Closely monitor and follow up for receivables from customers.
• Responsible to ensure data as needed for various reports is generated on time and reports are sent on time. Same data to be sent to BU head and commercial head.
• Maintain updated data from various sources like terminal data / industry data giving competitive scenario / available mkt information.
• Work with commercial head on various focus area by providing insights so sales can plan customer reach strategy.
