Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of warehouse management solutions using BY WMS and Manhattan WMS to enhance operational efficiency. - Oversee the integration of Manhattan Scale with existing systems to streamline supply chain processes. - Provide technical expertise in Warehouse Management ensuring systems are aligned with business objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales planning strategies that drive business growth. - Analyze current warehouse operations and recommend improvements to optimize performance and reduce costs. - Ensure the seamless execution of supply chain management processes enhancing overall productivity. - Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes to support ongoing operations. - Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to warehouse management systems in a timely manner. - Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. - Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve user experience and system reliability. - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in warehouse management technologies to drive continuous improvement. -Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of BY WMS Manhattan WMS and Manhattan Scale with proven experience in implementing these systems. - Demonstrate expertise in Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Management with a focus on optimizing processes. - Have a solid background in Sales Planning & Execution with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations. - Display strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. 9.
