Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled Product Configurator for our ISG team with 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Rave Custom Functions and Medidata Rave. A background in Clinical Data Management is advantageous. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel obligations focusing on enhancing our product offerings.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement product configurations using Rave Custom Functions to meet client specifications and enhance product functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Medidata Rave solutions into existing systems.
  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical specifications for product configuration.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for product configuration issues to ensure smooth operation.
  • Conduct regular assessments of product configurations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product configurations to maintain quality and integrity.
  • Document configuration processes and updates to maintain accurate records and facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Data Management team to align product configurations with clinical trial requirements.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest advancements in Rave Custom Functions and Medidata Rave.
  • Assist in the development of user guides and training materials for end-users to enhance product usability.
  • Monitor product performance and provide feedback to the development team for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into future product configurations.
  • Support the implementation of new features and functionalities to enhance product offerings.

Qualifications


  • Possess strong technical skills in Rave Custom Functions and Medidata Rave.
  • Experience in Clinical Data Management is a plus providing valuable insights into product configurations.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to address configuration challenges effectively.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and updates for knowledge sharing.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.

Certifications Required


Certified Medidata Rave Professional Clinical Data Management Certification preferred.
