Role – OCM L&D Consultant
Job Description
· Work with a wider change management team to manage the training lifecycle for an end-to-end digital transformation implementation.
· Work with global teams virtually and in onshore/offshore model to deliver the project scope
· Develop training content in alignment with project requirements using key authoring tools
· Develop storyboards, micro learning videos, QRGs, simulations, video Demos, eLearning modules, WBT aligned to the learning requirements
· Develop ILT and self-paced materials in alignment with the training curriculum
· Apply ADDIE Model, Instructional and Graphic design principles to deliver high quality content
· Collaborate with PMO and functional teams to develop a train-the-trainer program
· Work with functional teams on training material development and delivery
· Recommend learning gap mitigation actions and learning support mechanisms
· Evaluate training program and mitigate the training plan as required
Skills Required
The desirable candidate should have:
· Five plus (5+) years of learning and development experience on digital transformation implementations
· At least 4 years of experience of Training Content Development
· Experience of authoring and publishing tools like Captivate, Walkme, Articulate, Enable Now etc.
· Experience in managing client conversations and working closely with the functional teams to develop training materials
· Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships
· Flexibility and adaptability to work through ambiguous situations
· Excellent business, communications and interpersonal skills
· Experience with working in fast paced agile projects
Experience:
· 5+ years of work experience in Learning and Development Area
· Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred
· Experience in technology and ERP training development
· Related Certifications
· Understanding of standard OCM activities and how Training fits in
· Knowledge of Learning Management System
