Job Summary


Join our team as a Technical Lead 5-12 Yrs where you will leverage your expertise in OFSAA to drive impactful solutions in reconciliation risk management and profitability. With a hybrid work model you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial systems and processes. Your contributions will play a vital role in optimizing our financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.


Responsibilities


  • Lead the design and implementation of OFSAA solutions to enhance reconciliation and risk management processes.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of OFSAA frameworks to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Provide technical expertise in OFSAA Reconciliation Framework to streamline financial operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address system inefficiencies and improve profitability management.
  • Develop and maintain OFSAA Basel Regulatory solutions to meet evolving compliance requirements.
  • Ensure seamless integration of OFSAA solutions with existing financial systems.
  • Support the operational risk and compliance team by implementing robust OFSAA solutions.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of OFSAA solutions with business objectives.
  • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to team members on OFSAA functionalities and best practices.
  • Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive records of system changes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in OFSAA technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications


  • Possess strong technical skills in OFSAA Reconciliation Risk Management Credit and Profitability.
  • Demonstrate experience in OFSAA Reconciliation Framework and Basel Regulatory solutions.
  • Have a solid understanding of operational risk and compliance within OFSAA.
  • Experience in GL Accounting and Finance & Accounting is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive impactful solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Certifications Required


OFSAA Certification Financial Risk Manager (FRM) Certification
