Development & Collaboration

  • Identify learning and coaching needs based on review outcomes; partner with L&D to translate insights into interventions.

  • Train consultants and reviewers on effective self-evaluations, feedback delivery, and review writing.

  • Build strong partnerships across Talent Management, HC Operations, Learning & Development, and business leadership

Experience Required:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in performance management, people analytics, consulting operations, or HR strategy roles.

  • Prior experience in management consulting, Big 4 advisory, or multinational professional services environments strongly preferred.

  • Proven track record of managing performance or talent programs with multiple stakeholders across geographies.

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data and generate insights for people-related decisions.

  • Strong project management and communication skills; ability to work independently and influence across levels
