We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

 In this role, you will:

• Technically Lead Junior teammates and implement complex deliveries in Oracle Fusion BI Publisher Reporting ensuring timely delivery of outputs.
• Work with Engineers in the team to solve technical and functional problems in Development of Projects and any post deployment issues.
• Engaging and working collaboratively with Business, Architecture and other teams throughout the project and work towards developing optimized code and reports. 
• Exercise technical knowledge and business expertise to drive technical solutions by using functional capabilities in Oracle Fusion Finance & Procurement Modules.     
• Analyze & align to current Agile processes, prioritize the deliverables by resource allocations in BoW. 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Having overall 8+ years of experience in Oracle Technologies - Fusion BI Publisher / BIP/OTBI, SQL,PL SQL , Data Models - Data Model (RDBMS, Star Schema, SnowFlake Schema)
• Proven Technical competence in BIP/OTBI/OACS, SQL, PL/SQL and in leading technical teams and coordinating with business stakeholders and architecture.
• Experience in project lifecycle stages from initiation, analysis, design, test and production support.  Able to develop reports and Dashboards.
• Should be able to work with Engineering teams across functions and business stakeholders in resolving technical issues and improving technology estate alignment to Future state Architecture.
• Having hands-on experience and working understanding in solution design, business process, architecture & aligning to the best practices & process for a quality delivery. Should be owning the architecture of Reporting module and lead engineers.
• Should have a flexible approach to work and working hours with a focus on the delivery of the program deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present to program stakeholders on status of deliveries and ensuring dependencies are met.                                                                                               
• Proficiency in Agile practices and usage of Devops tools such as Jira/Confluence/GitHub etc.
• Able to work with Oracle Closely on product SR’s.
