We’re looking for experienced Media Buyers who live and breathe Meta Ads.
You’ll manage campaigns end-to-end — strategy, creative testing, targeting, and optimization — focused on generating high-quality leads for the U.
S. solar market.
Key Responsibilities Create, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
Manage daily budgets, targeting, and ad rotation across multiple states and offers.
Build and test audiences, lookalikes, and custom conversions.
Track and report CPL, CTR, CPA, and ROAS using Meta Analytics and Google Sheets.
Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, images, and video creatives.
Collaborate with design and content teams for new ad concepts.
Monitor ad accounts to prevent overspending or compliance issues.
Document learnings and campaign performance for management reviews.
Skills & Qualifications 3–6 years of experience running Meta Ads for lead generation (U.
S. experience preferred).
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, audience building, and pixel tracking.
Analytical mindset with strong command of Excel / Google Sheets.
Excellent English communication skills.
Comfortable working with high daily spend and aggressive optimization targets.
Familiar with Zapier / tracking integrations for lead delivery.
KPIs Target CPL achieved weekly.
Conversion rates and lead quality improvement.
Number of successful ad variations tested monthly.
