Job Summary

As a Software Engineer specializing in PL/SQL you will contribute to the development and optimization of database solutions within a hybrid work model. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and ensure data integrity ultimately supporting the companys mission to deliver innovative solutions that impact society positively.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop efficient PL/SQL code to meet business requirements and optimize database performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and maintain database structures ensuring data integrity and security.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of PL/SQL code to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for database-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Optimize existing database queries and procedures to improve system performance and user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers for continuous improvement.
• Document technical processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance skills and contribute to innovation.
• Work within a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office tasks effectively.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standards in all technical implementations.
• Contribute to the companys mission by developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and societal impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of PL/SQL and database management systems.
• Demonstrate proficiency in designing and optimizing complex database queries.
• Have experience in troubleshooting and resolving database performance issues.
• Show ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Have familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies in database management.
