Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your mechanical and maintenance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our plant machinery and systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including production, quality, and safety teams), diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of hands-on mechanical maintenance of plant machinery, including CNC machines, PLC systems, conveyors, and industrial robots, but also contribute to predictive and preventive maintenance activities.
We’ll look to you for:
Performing hands-on mechanical maintenance of plant machinery, including CNC machines, PLC systems, automated machining lines, conveyors, and industrial robots
Interpreting mechanical drawings and possessing strong knowledge of machine elements
Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults in pneumatic and hydraulic systems, spindles, and other mechanical assemblies
Executing lubrication routines and ensuring optimal performance of mechanical components
Carrying out predictive and preventive maintenance activities across manufacturing equipment
Collecting and analyzing daily machine data to identify issues and implement corrective actions
Maintaining awareness and adherence to IRIS, ISO, OHSAS, and Maintenance Management Systems
Monitoring key maintenance KPIs, including Availability, MTBF, and MTTR
Contributing to TPM initiatives and actively participating in Kaizen, 5S, continuous improvement, and cost-saving projects

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
15 to 18 years of experience in machine and utility maintenance
Experience in maintaining plant machinery and overseeing EHS across the facility
Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, lubrication systems, bearings, guideways, ball screws, and mechanical drives
Basic understanding of electrical components in machinery and electrical utilities
Familiarity with spare parts management
Computer proficiency and specialization in Maintenance Engineering (desirable)
