Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist(T) with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GE Proficy Plant Application and a strong background in Industrial Manufacturing. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of both remote and on-site work during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our product offerings and ensuring seamless operations.



Responsibilities


Lead the implementation and optimization of GE Proficy Plant Application to enhance manufacturing processes.Oversee the integration of the application with existing systems to ensure smooth operations.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GE Proficy Plant Application to minimize downtime.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address their needs related to industrial manufacturing.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and operational procedures.Conduct training sessions for team members to ensure effective use of the application.Monitor system performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical implementations.Analyze data from the application to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Participate in regular meetings to discuss project progress and address any issues.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in GE Proficy Plant Application and industrial manufacturing.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our product offerings to meet market demands.

Qualifications
