With us, you can do something significant that benefits society and human progress Your new role – challenging and future-oriented Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with Siemens standards and customer expectations. Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, resource allocation, and monitoring plans . Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and cost targets. Stakeholder & Customer Management Act as the single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders , ensuring transparent communication. Manage customer relationships, addressing concerns, and driving satisfaction. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams. Risk & Cost Management Conduct risk analysis and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Drive cost control and budget management , ensuring profitability of projects. Monitor KPIs for schedule, cost, and quality compliance. Leadership & Coordination Mentor and guide project teams, ensuring effective performance and development. Collaborate with senior management on strategic decisions related to project portfolio. Implement best practices in planning, scheduling, and monitoring tools (Primavera/MS Project preferred). We don’t need superheroes, just super minds Required Skills & Competencies Proven expertise in WHRPP, Biomass, and Biogas power plant projects . Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring tools . Hands-on experience in customer handling and managing multi-stakeholder environments. Proficiency in risk assessment, cost management, and reporting frameworks . Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation) or related field.
