Job Summary:



A Project Manager (PM)plans, executes, and closes projects, acting as the central coordinator to ensure goals are met on time and within budget by defining scope, managing resources (people, budget), tracking progress, mitigating risks, and communicating with stakeholders, essentially guiding a project from start to finish while keeping all moving parts aligned and functional




Key Responsibilities:



  • TransitionProjectLeadership:




  • Drive end-to-endbusinesstransitionProjects, including planning, execution, and stabilization phases.




  • Ensure compliance with global mobility policies, tax regulations, and immigration requirements throughout the transition.




  • Governance & Reporting:




  • Establish program governance frameworks, reporting structures, and risk management strategies.




  • Track KPIs, SLAs, and deliverables to ensuretimelyand quality outcomes.




  • Stakeholder Management:




  • Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, Finance, and external vendors to align transitionobjectives.




  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during the transition lifecycle.




  • Process Optimization:




  • Identifyopportunities for process improvement and automation within Global Mobility operations.




  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and employee experience.




  • Change Management:




  • Develop and execute change management plans to support impacted employees and teams.




  • Conduct training and communication sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • Education:Bachelor’sorMaster’sdegree in Business,Finance orrelatedwith Prior Business Transition Project Management experience.




  • Experience:




  • 12to15years of project/program management experience, with at least5years in transition or global mobility projects.




  • Proventrack recordof managing large-scale, multi-country transitions in a professional services environment 




  • Technical Skills:




  • Strong understanding of global mobility policies, tax, immigration, and compliance frameworks.




  • Proficiencyin project management tools (MS Project,MS Planner,JIRA, etc.).




  • Soft Skills:




  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.




  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with cross-cultural teams.
