Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Analytics Engineering Reporting Audience Manager and Adobe Target. This role involves managing projects in a hybrid work model with a focus on planning and delivery. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving project success and contributing to the companys growth.

Responsibilities

Oversee the planning and execution of projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.Utilize Adobe Analytics Engineering to analyze data and provide actionable insights for decision-making.Implement Adobe Analytics Reporting to track project performance and identify areas for improvement.Leverage Adobe Audience Manager to optimize audience segmentation and targeting strategies.Employ Adobe Target to personalize user experiences and enhance customer engagement.Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing needs and priorities.Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all project activities.Provide regular updates to senior management on project status challenges and achievements.Foster a collaborative team environment to encourage innovation and continuous improvement.Drive the adoption of best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in Adobe Analytics Engineering Reporting Audience Manager and Adobe Target.Demonstrate proficiency in project and program management planning and delivery.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.Show a proven track record of successful project management in a hybrid work environment.Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex project challenges.Have a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Certifications Required

Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Analytics PMP Certification preferred.
