Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions focusing on SFDC Identity and Security to ensure robust authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications tailoring solutions to meet specific business needs and enhance user experience.
• Provide expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud enabling seamless customer interactions and fostering community engagement.
• Manage SFDC Sharing and Visibility settings ensuring data security and appropriate access controls across the organization.
• Drive Salesforce DevOps practices streamlining deployment processes and promoting continuous integration and delivery.
• Optimize SFDC Data management ensuring data integrity accuracy and accessibility for informed decision-making.
• Implement SFDC Lightning components enhancing the user interface and improving overall system performance.
• Facilitate SFDC Integration with external systems ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Configure Salesforce settings to align with business requirements enhancing system functionality and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational transformation initiatives leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
• Support PMO and Program Management efforts ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Contribute to Organization Change Management by promoting user adoption and providing training on new Salesforce features.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices maintaining the integrity and security of Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in SFDC Identity and Security ensuring secure and reliable access to Salesforce applications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Development and Customization creating tailored solutions to meet business needs.
• Exhibit expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud enhancing customer engagement and community building.
• Have a strong understanding of SFDC Sharing and Visibility managing data access and security effectively.
• Show experience in Salesforce DevOps promoting efficient deployment and integration processes.
• Be skilled in SFDC Data management ensuring data quality and accessibility.
• Demonstrate knowledge of SFDC Lightning improving user interface and system performance.
• Have experience in SFDC Integration facilitating seamless data exchange with external systems.
• Be adept in SFDC Configuration aligning system settings with business requirements.
• Experience in Transformation PMO and Program Management and Organization Change Management is a plus.
