Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 11 to 15 years of experience in SAP TM-Subcontracting & Tendering SAP TM-Freight Cost Management & Settlement and SAP TM-Transportation Planning. The ideal candidate will excel in a hybrid work model focusing on optimizing transportation processes and enhancing operational efficiency. This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to our companys logistics and supply chain management impacting our service delivery and custome


Responsibilities


  • Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP TM-Subcontracting & Tendering processes to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee the management of SAP TM-Freight Cost Management & Settlement to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
  • Provide expertise in SAP TM-Transportation Planning to streamline logistics operations and improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP TM solutions with existing systems and processes.
  • Analyze transportation data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SAP TM processes and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Train and support team members in the use of SAP TM tools and methodologies to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of SAP TM solutions to ensure they meet business objectives and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions that align with business goals.
  • Ensure the seamless operation of SAP TM systems in a hybrid work environment balancing remote and on-site tasks.
  • Utilize domain skills in Service Desk and Product Content & Info Management to support related business functions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of transportation management processes.
  • Support the companys strategic goals by optimizing logistics operations and contributing to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications


  • Possess extensive experience in SAP TM-Subcontracting & Tendering SAP TM-Freight Cost Management & Settlement and SAP TM-Transportation Planning.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a good understanding of Service Desk and Product Content & Info Management as a nice-to-have domain skill.
  • Show proficiency in managing hybrid work models balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest SAP TM developments.
