Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Functional Lead with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in S/4 HANA Standard Order to Cash and S/4 HANA SD for Brazil & LATAM. This role requires a strong background in IT Security Finance and Accounting. The position is hybrid with no travel required and operates during the day shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of S/4 HANA Standard Order to Cash processes to optimize business operations.
• Oversee the configuration and customization of S/4 HANA SD for Brazil & LATAM to ensure compliance with regional requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on IT Security measures to safeguard company data and systems.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to integrate S/4 HANA solutions that enhance financial reporting and analysis.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective S/4 HANA solutions that drive efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of S/4 HANA modules across the organization.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to maximize the adoption of S/4 HANA solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing processes to align with industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all implemented solutions.
• Document system configurations and changes to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
• Support the hybrid work model by facilitating effective communication and collaboration among remote and on-site team members.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing operational efficiency and supporting sustainable growth. Qualifications
• Possess in-depth knowledge of S/4 HANA Standard Order to Cash processes and their application in business environments.
• Demonstrate expertise in S/4 HANA SD for Brazil & LATAM with a focus on regional compliance.
• Exhibit strong skills in IT Security to protect organizational assets and data integrity.
• Have a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles to support financial system integration.
• Show proficiency in analyzing business requirements and designing effective S/4 HANA solutions.
• Display excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Be adaptable to a hybrid work model ensuring productivity and engagement in both remote and on-site settings.
