Position Title: Safety & Security Manager

Reports To: Property Manager

Po                             Purpose: Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the efficiency and profitability of the assigned operation, whilst maintaining a high standard of service in accordance with budget.

Key Result Areas:

oEnsure has information on all the locations of the site.

Security

oPrepare, review, and maintain all documentation viz. policy, procedures, SOPs etc. as necessary for all implemented compliances at Godrej Two.

oConduct Security Awareness training at all levels as per site operation requirement.

oAssist to other functions in conducting risk assessment.

oMaintain the records as required by various compliance implemented at Godrej Two.

oEnsure documentation of audit findings including details of causes, actions taken, tangible and intangible impacts of the incident and overall effectiveness.

oIncorporate key learnings from each incident and from feedback into the plan to ensure continuous improvement of Security.

oEnd to end documentation of security incidents and breaches, the correction and corrective actions and identification of RCA.

oEnsure closure of audit findings including details of causes, actions taken, tangible and intangible impacts of the incident and overall effectiveness

oEnsure that all the electronic security systems and gadgets should be in good and working condition by coordinating the respective AMC vendors.

oResponsible for MIS/Reporting on established security metrics on a regular basis.
