Empowered with an excellent ERP and forecasting system, this team of trusted partners support Epsilon India’s day-to-day requirements and long-term business goals. We are seeking an experienced Senior Advisor Marketing Operations and Martech resource to support Epsilon’s MarOps & MarTech strategy and optimizations. The ideal candidate will have 13-16 years of experience in marketing technology and will have a comprehensive understanding of the Martech landscape and demonstrate expertise in managing and optimizing a diverse suite of technologies. Responsibilities Support our MarTech strategy for the complete suite of tools and technologies used across Marketing, ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing objectives. Oversee the management and optimization of the entire marketing technology stack, including CRM, CMS, marketing automation, data analytics, and other related platforms. These tools are critical to the business to create awareness and engagement and collect and maintain leads data. Collaborate with Marketing partners, IT, and external vendors to optimize our current marketing technologies, to ensure alignment with business objectives. Evaluate the current use of tools to ensure we are increasing the capabilities and features to fullest extent possible, ensuring efficiencies for Marketing. Monitor the performance and Return on Investment of marketing technologies and provide data driven decisions. Evaluate new and emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements to existing systems. Work closely with customers to understand their emerging needs and suggest technological solutions and drive the implementation of new tools Ensure data integrity, privacy, and regulatory compliance across all marketing technology platforms. Stay up-to-date with marketing technology trends and standard processes to continuously improve our operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 13-16 years of years of experience in marketing technology management, with a proven track record of leading strategy and optimizing Martech stacks. Deep understanding of leading Martech platforms and technologies, and experience integrating them to achieve business objectives. (e.g., to include but not limited to 6sense, Eloqua, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Demandbase, LinkedIn, Google Ads). Experience managing vendor relationships, evaluating and onboarding a vendor as well as being the point of contact for the vendor Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team, as well as stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strategic problem solver with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. A passion for innovation and staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
