Overview Design, develop, and implement Camunda-based workflow automation solutions to optimize business processes. Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into Camunda workflows. Integrate Camunda with enterprise applications, databases, and external systems to ensure end-to-end automation. Optimize Camunda configurations for performance, scalability, and reliability. Develop custom plugins, scripts, and extensions to enhance Camunda functionality. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices in Camunda implementation. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members in Camunda development. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Camunda workflows, ensuring minimal downtime. Stay updated with the latest Camunda features, best practices, and industry trends. Qualifications Your Skills & Experience: 6+ years of experience in Camunda BPM development and implementation. Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0, DMN, and CMMN modelling standards. Hands-on experience in Camunda workflow design, execution, and monitoring. Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs for Camunda integration. Experience in Camunda Cockpit, Modeler, and Admin tools. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-based Camunda deployments. Ability to optimize Camunda configurations for high availability and performance. Experience in Camunda scripting, custom plugins, and extensions. Knowledge of Camunda best practices, security, and compliance standards. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Set Yourself Apart With: Camunda certification (e.g., Camunda BPM Certified Developer). Experience in Camunda Cloud and Kubernetes-based deployments. Knowledge of Camunda Enterprise features and advanced workflow automation techniques. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for Camunda-based applications. Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and workflow orchestration.
