• Transportation and Logistics domain – worked in IT projects in these areas
• Courier express and parcel domain related projects is highly preferred

Experience working as a Product Owner / Business Analyst with experience in Transportation and Logistics industries

As a Business Analyst / Product Owner,understand the business functions and scope and gather requirements by conducting workshops with key client stakeholders.

Write user stories with functional specification, provide brief to the development team about the requirements and clarify queries.

Maintaining a healthy backlog: For each Project Increment create a backlog of Epics, Features and User Stories. User Story prioritization and sprint planning

Prepare process flow diagrams and use cases, validate UX/UI with customer.

Supporting delivery: Provide User Stories, detailed business rules and clarifications to the Development team. Provide input on the proposed business change including the as-is and to-be business processes and proposed new capabilities being introduced.

Review test plans prepared by QA team and support UAT.

Give demos to customer to get feedback and sign off
