Responsibilities Key Responsibilities • Owning up media planning and delivery for key account • Day to day client servicing, optimization of on-going campaigns and coordinating between the client and internal teams • Manage the day-to-day implementation, optimization, and performance of on-going campaigns. Assist in strategic analysis of campaigns • Manage day-to-day client interaction along with the final plan presentation to the client • Owning up brand and individual KPI’s to drive business goals • To supervise and design media plans using appropriate media tools. • To create culture of innovation and have all contribute to creative media solutions. • To proactively provide inputs/ directions to client and be responsive for client needs • Facilitate development of team members through on –the-job coaching and initiate developmental training. • To ensure smooth team functioning and timely resolution of team conflicts Qualifications Experience Details • 2-3 years’ experience in similar field • Previous experience of working with a digital media agency • Managed end to end Digital Media Planning campaigns • Platform knowledge – Facebook, Google, Programmatic, Publishers • Good vendor relations • Should have managed a team of individual multi-functional individuals
