Project description You will be working in a dynamic and fast paced, digital space, utilizing some of the latest technologies to develop a strategic web platform. This digital eco-system creates a 'single-pane-of-glass' for our technology product management community across the bank, enabling the data, insights, features, and actions needed to manage the lifecycle of products with less effort, greater awareness, and improved velocity. Responsibilities Create intuitive, elegant, and performant web interfaces and digital workflows. Build on an established but ever-evolving digital platform used by the entire bank. Play a central and meaningful role in the development of a strategic web application. Drive digital transformation through development of engineering excellence. Seek-out automation, data / process and or UI optimization opportunities. Utilize the latest technology, including Microsoft Azure and React to help transform and digitize the organization. Skills Must have Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core, with experience of developing REST APIs using .NET 8, with familiarity of Entity Framework a big plus Proven practical experience in web development using TypeScript, JavaScript with a primary focus on React, but including HTML5 and CSS3. Basic experience in SQL language/MS SQL databases. Practical experience of dev tools including Git, GitLab, GitHub, Jira or Azure Boards. Understanding of software design principles and patterns. Driven, proactive and creative problem-solver. Nice to have Experience in applying design standards, patterns and UX journeys to create user-friendly and accessible products. Proficiency in Azure Cloud (or other), including building containers and deploying them via CI/CD pipelines. Experience in microservices architecture and Kubernetes. Ideally a Masters' Degree (Computer Science/related degree) or practical experience at same level. Proven practical experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
