Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning execution and delivery of complex projects within the Information and Education domains. With a focus on technical expertise in Microservices Advanced Java Java and Apache Camel the role requires a strategic approach to project management ensuring alignment with company goals and societal impact. The position offers a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of project plans ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.Oversee the coordination of cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget leveraging technical skills in Microservices and Advanced Java.Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.Monitor project progress identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables ensuring clarity and consensus throughout the project lifecycle.Utilize expertise in Java and Apache Camel to drive technical solutions that enhance project delivery and performance.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices maintaining high-quality deliverables that meet client and organizational expectations.Facilitate regular project meetings and communications keeping all parties informed and engaged in the projects progress and challenges.Develop and maintain project documentation including status reports risk assessments and performance metrics to support informed decision-making.Implement process improvements that enhance project efficiency and effectiveness contributing to the companys overall success and societal impact.Foster a culture of continuous learning and development encouraging team members to expand their skills and knowledge in relevant domains.Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies that improve project outcomes and align with the companys strategic goals.Ensure seamless integration of technical solutions within the Information and Education domains maximizing their impact on society. QualificationsPossess a strong background in Microservices Advanced Java Java and Apache Camel with proven experience in managing complex projects.Demonstrate expertise in project management methodologies with a focus on delivering high-quality results within the Information and Education domains.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate cross-functional teams.Show proficiency in risk management and problem-solving with a track record of implementing effective mitigation strategies.Have a keen understanding of industry standards and best practices ensuring compliance and quality in all project deliverables.Display strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Be adaptable to a hybrid work model with the flexibility to work effectively in both remote and in-office settings.
