Could you be the full-time Senior Radio Engineer in HYDERABAD we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your radio engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in delivering N&T Sub-System Radio specifications and architecture, ensuring consistency with the System Delivery Plan. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (installation teams, cybersecurity experts, and power specialists), contribute to deployment activities such as installation, testing, and commissioning, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of elaborating N&T Radio Design specifications and architecture, but also support functional validation phases and troubleshooting tasks.
We’ll look to you for:
Developing and eliciting Radio Design requirements in line with project needs, with a focus on Radio spectrum management and cybersecurity concerns
Studying country-specific spectrum standards/regulations for RF product deployment
Identifying technology requirements/gaps in collaboration with Product Architects
Ensuring adherence to Quality processes and Design guidelines
Minimizing deployment costs, lead time, and risks
Preparing and executing Radio interference surveys, trackside surveys, and coupling tests
Elaborating the N&T Radio Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and configuration files
Providing training and consolidating Return of Experience (REX) to relevant teams

BE/Master’s degree in Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience
Experience in radio deployments in industrial environments, including interference mitigation
Knowledge of WiFi protocols (802.11a/b/n/ac) and 4G/LTE
Proficiency in monitoring tools and techniques (spectrum analyzer, IP analyzer, mib principles, etc.)
Strong understanding of radio propagation and solutions
Experience in IT/Supervision and signaling/system architecture (desirable)
Excellent technical coordination and interpersonal skills
Resilience and a process-oriented mindset
