In this project, you will be a member of the Information Technology Team, within the Information Technology Division. This position supports and transforms existing and new mission-critical and highly visible operational website(s) and applications - spanning multiple technology stacks - through all phases of SDLC, while working collaboratively across IT, business, and third-party suppliers from around the globe in a 24x7, fast-paced, and Agile-based environment. Responsibilities Provide L3 support for the applications. Identify root causes for the repetitive issues and provide solutions for a permanent fix. Design, develop and deploy the enhancements. Identify opportunities for improved monitoring, automation of manual tasks and implement the same. Coordination with Business and technical stakeholders for issue analysis and requirements gathering. Skills Must have Primary: Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, REST Integration (Inbound & Outbound), AURA, Visual Force pages, Report & Dashboard, FLOWS, Triggers, Deployment, Email Services Should have 4+ years of IT experience. Strong experience in APEX, Flows. Experience in developing SOQL Queries, Async APEX. Excellent communication skills and act as an interface to the Business Users. Flexible to work on a shift-based model. Open to learn other tools and technologies used at the client site. Excellent planning and documentation skills. Strong attention to detail, analytical and conceptual thinker.
