Job TitleSenior Software Technologist I - C# Full StackJob Description


Your role:


  • As a Software Architect and Tech Lead, you will be responsible to lead and provide technical expertise to an agile development team - designing, developing, and leading team to deliver robust, fault tolerant software solutions that deliver business value while adhering to Quality System Procedures governing software version control, configuration management and the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with a focus on ease of maintenance and extensibility.


  • Operates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to FDA requirements. Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesn’t meet regulatory requirements, whether suspected or confirmed, to management. This reporting can be done directly to any member of management, including Human Resources.


  • Following organizational practices in version control, software development and configuration management, including key performance indicators for the management of software development.


  • Integrating applications with other corporate systems and with third party software.


  • Investigating and resolving issues escalated by application support team in a timely manner to the satisfaction of the business stakeholders.


  • Assisting in the authoring and reviewing of technical documentation regarding the design, configuration, creation, installation, and maintenance of application components.


  • Keeps abreast of technical developments in own field through study, technical contacts and propagates it.


  • Acts as a role model for other technical members in the group.


  • Guides and coaches, the project team in technology as and when applicable. Fostering a collaborative team environment.


  • Able to understand the big picture and work closely with Scrum master, Product owner, Architects and the scrum team.


  • Able to bring predictability for the releases and escalate when things go out of control.


  • Able to lead and drive the team to keep-up the Say-Do ratio, meeting Sprint commitments and demonstrate.


  • Able to help and guide the team for better estimation, ensuring DOR and meeting DOD.


  • Able to identify and mitigate risks during the development lifecycle.


You're the right fit if:


  • Bachelor/Master of Engineering in the field of Computer Science or equivalent.


  • Min. 12 years of experience with 3+ years as an Architect & Tech Lead.


  • Strong knowledge and experience in Object Oriented Design and Development.


  • Solid experience with SQL databases. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure , AWS)


  • Knowledge of design patterns and practical applications.


  • Should be hands on and have strong knowledge of C# .Net.  


  • Hands on experience in Angular UI framework.


  • Hands on experience on working with AMQPS and RabbitMQ, Consul, SqlServer and websockets.


  • Strong experience in Microservices architecture & cloud related tech stack (preferably AWS).


  • Experience with Test Driven Design, a plus.


  • Experience with Continuous Integration and DevOps tools, a plus.


  • Strong abstraction, analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Working experience in Agile/SAFe development methodologies.


  • Good communication and presentation skills.


  • Ability to take ownership of team goals and deliver with quality and within required timeline.


  • Ability to innovate and foster innovation.


  • Adept at using one of these AI Assistance tools: GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Windsurf during coding tasks, AI Agents, Implementation of RAG and MCP.

  • Improve productivity / reduce release cycle time through effective use of AI.


  • As part of our modern engineering culture, we are actively leveraging AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, OpenAI Codex, and similar platforms to augment our software engineering workflows. We expect all candidates to be adept in using these tools to enhance productivity, improve code quality, and collaborate effectively. This includes:


  •  Using AI tools for code generation, refactoring, and documentation.


  •  Understanding prompts and model behavior for high-accuracy suggestions.


  •  Applying AI in debugging, test case creation, and code reviews.


  •  Familiarity with productivity enhancements and limitations of AI tooling.


  •  This capability is mandatory for all engineering roles on the team. 



Nice to have:


  • Familiarity with DICOM toolkits like fo-dicom or DCMTK and FHIR libraries such as Firely SDK or HL7 .NET SDK.


  • Experience working in regulated environments (FDA, HIPAA).


  • Experience in other Healthcare domains like Serviceability will be an added advantage.


  • Exposure to AI/ML-based imaging tools or diagnostics systems.


  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.



How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
