Location: Transformer Factory, Kalwa Travel Requirement: Extensive travel across India and internationally - Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 12-14 years of relevant experience OR - B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute with 8-10 years of experience in Power & HVDC Transformers and Reactors - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Execute installation, commissioning, maintenance, and evaluation of Transformer and Reactors Manage task priorities, schedules, and subcontractor performance Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry standards Address customer complaints during warranty period and support spare parts sales Provide back-office support for complaint registration and resolution coordination Lead installation and commissioning of equipment up to 500 MVA / 765 kV Implement and maintain QMS & EHS standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001) Conduct NCR analysis and ensure timely CAPA implementation Participate in factory quality initiatives and project closure activities Supervise site and contractor manpower, ensuring adherence to EHS protocols including PTW and LOTO Prepare and maintain EHS documentation as per Siemens and project requirements Deliver remote and onsite technical support to customers Contribute to process improvements and internal tool development Strong customer orientation and teamwork skills Proactive, adaptable, and self-driven Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Willingness to travel extensively Candidate Profile Key Responsibilities Qualifications Job Description: Service Engineer - Power Transformers & Reactors
