Your Role:  

• We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Lead Developer & Integration Expert to join our team.
•  The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development, system integration, and a strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes.
•  This role will involve leading development projects, ensuring best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications and integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain custom applications, modules, and workflows within the ServiceNow platform. Implement integration solutions between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, and other integration methods.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and guidelines. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements and recommend improvements to existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure quality standards are met.
• ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM, CSM, App Engine, Automation Engine and other module’s knowledge will be an additional advantage.

Who you are :

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT service management and architecture.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform
• Expertise in ServiceNow applications and modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR Service Delivery, Source to pay, PA, Customer Service Management, Integrated Risk Management and Creator Studio.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and its application within ServiceNow.
• Proven experience in establishing and maintaining governance and best practices for Multi ServiceNow environments.
• Proven design and solution experience on the platform for at least 2 major implementations. Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously.
