Solution Design: Translate business needs into scalable FSC solutions, designing features for complex financial scenarios.


  • Development & Customization: Configure and build within FSC, using tools like Apex, SOQL, Flow, OmniStudio, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Data Management: Implement data models for financial entities, including accounts, assets, policies, and transactions.
  • Integration: Connect FSC with third-party systems (e.g., core banking, ERP, APIs).
  • Client Engagement: Utilize FSC's Relationship Center for 360-degree client views and manage action plans and referrals.
  • Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders, developers, and users in Agile/Scrum settings.
  • Support & Training: Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training for end-users.
Core Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong Salesforce platform fundamentals (Profiles, Permissions, APIs).
  • Deep understanding of the FSC data model.
  • Experience with specific FSC modules (Client Engagement, Compliance, etc.).
  • Proficiency in development (Apex, LWC) and declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder).
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and best practices.
  • Agile/Scrum methodologies.
