Responsibilities : - Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements ensuring optimal performance and scalability. - Implement SFDC Sharing and Visibility features to enhance data security and accessibility across the organization. - Utilize Financial Service Cloud to streamline financial processes and improve customer interactions. - Leverage Insurance Cloud to create tailored solutions for Life and Annuities Insurance enhancing client satisfaction. - Employ Omnistudio to design and deploy user-friendly interfaces and workflows improving operational efficiency. - Integrate SFDC Lightning components to deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience. - Conduct SFDC Integration to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. - Perform SFDC Configuration to customize and optimize the Salesforce platform according to business needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers fostering a collaborative team environment. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement. - Contribute to the companys mission by delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. -Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of Salesforce development and customization techniques. - Demonstrate expertise in SFDC Sharing and Visibility Financial Service Cloud and Insurance Cloud. - Have hands-on experience with SFDC Lightning Integration and Configuration. - Exhibit domain knowledge in Life and Annuities Insurance enabling tailored solution development. - Show proficiency in using Omnistudio for designing user-friendly interfaces. - Display strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a hybrid work model. 9.
