Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL Snowflake and Python and a background in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This role involves developing and optimizing data solutions to drive business success. The position operates during day shifts with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust data solutions using SQL Snowflake and Python to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize existing data processes to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise in data modeling and database design to ensure data integrity and security.
• Implement best practices for data management and governance to maintain data quality.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to ensure seamless operations.
• Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive records of data solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all data-related activities.
• Contribute to the development of innovative data strategies that align with business goals.
• Support the team in achieving project milestones and deliverables on time.

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical skills in SQL Snowflake and Python with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Demonstrate experience in data modeling database design and data management best practices.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
• Have a background in Property & Casualty Insurance which is considered an advantage.
• Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all data-related tasks.
