We are looking for a Software Engineer You’ll make a difference by: · We are looking for a software developer with commissioning and application programming experience of 4+years. · The primary responsibility will be to design and develop libraries (UI i.e. Faceplates and PLC Logic for Motor, Vales, PID etc.) · PCS 7 which has to be developed in Structured Control Language (SCL) / Statement List (STL) · S7-400 Programming and C++ or C/VB Script for OS programming. You’ll win us over by: BE - Electrical, Electronics & Communications or Instrumentation Engineering with 3-5 years of total experience in DCS with experience in process like Pharma, F&B, Oil & Gas, etc. (experience in PCS 7 SIMATIC Batch is an added advantage). Commissioning experience of process plants Hands-on Experience with SIMATIC products or DCS comissioning Worked on Redundant PLCs configurations. Worked on Failsafe configurations. Worked on SCADA HMI (in-depth knowledge) Hands on working Exp. on continuous and sequential control logics. Hands on working Exp. on field devices. Knowledge on fieldbus protocols like HART, Profibus , Modbus ,Profinet, Profibus & Foundation Fieldbus, TCP/IP is must. Knowledge of sensors/transducers - Temperature, Pressure, Level, Flow, Control Valves Hands on working exp on field devices (Commissioning, Configuring, Parametrizing) In depth understanding on FDA, GMP and CFR Knowledge on Product Testing.
