Overview
The Global B2B Marketing Operations team is looking for a Specialist of Marketing Operations to support and scale lead gen. campaigns through technology and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is an experienced technical marketer with a track record of creative thinking to develop, execute, measure and optimize lead gen. campaigns.
The Global B2B Marketing Operations team is responsible for defining a best-in-class Lead Generation discipline and scaling it across business units and regions, including to the people, processes, content, technologies, and data.
Role
In this technical marketing role, you will:
• Design email campaigns, lead capture forms, and landing pages in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Develop target audience segmentation in SFMC to execute email campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing of emails to optimize performance.
• Create automated journeys for lead gen campaigns and manage lead routing.
• Measure and analyze campaign performance, effectively communicate outcomes to stakeholders, and assist in the development of performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality campaign assets.
• Ensure all marketing communications comply with legal standards and privacy regulations.
All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
• A master’s degree in appropriate field, preferably MBA in marketing, business, communication or a related field.
• Over 4 years of experience in marketing technology and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), with a focus on Email Studio, Journey Builder and Automation Studio, and experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Experience in Cvent is a plus.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for building email templates.
• Knowledge of data privacy standards/guidelines i.e., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CPPA etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Openness to work in the EMEA time shift (12:00pm to 9:00pm IST).
