As a Network Quality Specialist you would work independently with general guidance from leadership, and be responsible for enforcing CJ's quality standards as defined in the CJ Publisher Service Agreement and other related documents. A Network Quality Specialist is proficient in various publisher models, and fraud tactics. This role is expected to display a methodical approach to investigation, has excellent analytical, organizational and follow-through skills, and shows strong judgment in their decisions regarding policy enforcement. Responsibilities Use reports, tools, and third-party technology to proactively identify publisher compliance issues Address assigned and self-generated tickets using templated responses to notify publishers of information needed, or of action taken. Perform new hire NQ training in India Provide support to publisher development team by training and educating new publishers/ sub-affiliate networks Participate in the monthly publisher payout process. Own and produces regular audits of software publishers Display a methodical approach when investigating issues Consistently looks for ways to improve Act as the go-to person for Client Development team for questions related to publisher compliance This role may require review websites with objectionable content to be removed from the network as defined by the CJ Publisher Service Agreement (cj.com/psa) Qualifications Overall 5-6 years of relevant professional experience Bachelor’s degree Self-driven and laser-focused individual who takes the initiative to solve problems Thorough and detail-oriented with excellent time-management and follow-through skills Ability to communicate effectively Critical thinking skills with the ability to understand the policy Being decisive with excellent judgment as it relates to policy enforcement Web development experience or familiarity with HTML & CSS is a plus Strong problem solving and analytical skills Additional Information Epsilon is a global data, technology and services company that powers the marketing and advertising ecosystem.
