Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Deliver advanced analytical solutions for data science projects as an individual contributor.
• Collaborate with senior associates to enhance operational efficiency in existing processes.
• Generate data-driven ideas and actionable recommendations to improve business excellence.
• Apply structured project management with clear documentation and communication.
• Maintain SOPs and quality checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.
• Manage internal customer expectations across multi-channel analytics and ad-hoc requests.
• Support targeting, segmentation, predictive analytics, and resource optimization initiatives.
• Explore and integrate generative AI and LLM technologies into analytics workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align analytics with product development goals.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data science, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors
• Strong foundation in statistics, predictive analytics, machine learning, and deep learning algorithms
• Proficiency in Python; familiarity with R is a plus
• Proven ability to solve complex problems with creative, data-driven solutions
• Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with global teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master of Science or MBA strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
