Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience in Power Automate and Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing automation solutions using MS Power Automate Azure Power Automate and UiPath. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on day shifts and no travel is required.

Responsibilities

Design and implement robust automation solutions using MS Power Automate and Power Platform to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for automation projects.Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and RPA solutions to optimize operational workflows and reduce manual efforts.Oversee the integration of Azure Power Automate and UiPath technologies to ensure seamless automation across various platforms.Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and stakeholders on best practices for Power Platform and automation development.Conduct regular assessments of existing automation solutions to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements.Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all automation projects to maintain data security and integrity.Lead the development of innovative solutions using Power VA and Azure Power Platform to address complex business challenges.Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes to ensure optimal performance and resolve any issues promptly.Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the successful deployment and integration of automation solutions within the existing infrastructure.Document all automation processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.Stay updated with the latest advancements in Power Automate and RPA technologies to continuously improve automation strategies.Contribute to the companys mission by enhancing operational efficiency and driving digital transformation through innovative automation solutions.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in MS Power Automate and Power Platform development.Demonstrate proficiency in Azure Power Automate and UiPath technologies.Have a strong understanding of RPA solutions and their implementation.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Show a commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements in automation technologies.Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Hold a relevant certification in Power Automate or UiPath to validate expertise.
