Lead the design and deployment of machine learning models using Azure Machine Learning to enhance business processes. - Oversee the integration of Azure Open AI Service to develop intelligent solutions that address complex business challenges. - Provide expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence to drive innovation and efficiency in operations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions. - Develop and implement natural language processing models to improve customer interactions and service delivery. - Utilize deep learning techniques to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights. - Mentor and guide junior data scientists fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI models in production environments. - Work closely with IT and business teams to align AI initiatives with organizational goals. - Conduct thorough research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies. - Deliver presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management. - Optimize existing models and algorithms to improve performance and accuracy. - Collaborate with investment banking teams to tailor AI solutions that meet specific industry needs. -Qualifications - Possess a strong background in Azure Machine Learning and Azure Open AI Service. - Demonstrate proficiency in Python for developing machine learning models. - Have a solid understanding of artificial intelligence and its applications in business. - Experience in natural language processing and deep learning techniques. - Familiarity with investment banking operations and brokerage services is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
