Location – Hyderabad #LI Hybrid
Bring in product 1st approach and strive towards taking product to success, thinking on overall product strategy, KPI’s, success metrics etc. to derive maximum value out the product. Define KPIs and success metrics for AI models, automation initiatives, and innovation projects. Establish user-centric leading indicators and outcome measures to track engagement, adoption, and business impact of AI solutions.
Monitor and report on AI performance metrics such as accuracy, efficiency gains, and ROI. Direct periodic benchmarking against top AI tools and innovative platforms to integrate cutting-edge capabilities and maintain competitiveness.
Conduct usability testing to ensure AI-driven features enhance intuitiveness and user satisfaction. Perform benchmarking to align UI/UX with best practices and explore new design approaches for AI-powered interfaces.
Ensure UX initiatives address key business objectives like engagement, usability, and trust in AI solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, UX, Marketing, and Engineering to align measurement strategies with product initiatives.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements to measurement processes, tools, and methodologies. Establish and maintain positive relationships with key functional stakeholders. Takes initiative to drive standardization of reports across brands.
Experience / Skills:
7-9 years’ experience in a Global pharma company as business analyst or product analysts or reporting roles
Bring deep business understanding of pharmaceutical industry and data standards with domain experience in at least one of the following areas – a) Pharma R&D, b) Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain and c) Marketing and Sales
Deep Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Amplitude, Google Analytics). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Conceptual, analytical & tactical thinking, strategic thought process
Ability to multi-task, work in a demanding global team environment, work under tight deadlines. Develop and maintain strong individual and team performance.
