Job Summary

The Sr Product Architect in ISG will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the product backlog while ensuring seamless execution of sprint ceremonies. With a focus on multi-channel order management services the candidate will drive product innovation and efficiency. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of product backlog management and offers an opportunity to significantly impact the companys strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and management of the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.Oversee sprint ceremonies to facilitate effective planning execution and review of product development cycles.Provide expertise in multi-channel order management services to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of product features and functionalities.Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy and prioritize backlog items.Drive continuous improvement in product development processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure that product architecture aligns with the companys technical standards and strategic goals.Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on product priorities.Monitor and report on product performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.Support the team in identifying and resolving technical challenges to maintain product quality and reliability.Advocate for user-centric design principles to enhance the overall user experience of the product.Coordinate with the development team to ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements.Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team to drive product excellence.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in product backlog management and sprint ceremonies.Demonstrate expertise in multi-channel order management services.Exhibit strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer feedback.Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams.Have a track record of driving continuous improvement in product development processes.Display excellent communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement.Hold a deep understanding of user-centric design principles.

Certifications Required

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification in agile methodologies.
