Job Summary


As a Sr Product Specialist in ISG you will leverage your expertise in .Net Azure DevOps SQL Server Management Studio and Duck Creek technologies to enhance our product offerings. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring statutory compliance and managing renewals changes and cancellations. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams.



Responsibilities


Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using .Net Azure DevOps and SQL Server Management Studio to meet business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Duck Creek technologies including Rating PolicyCenter and Manuscripts.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and audit requirements by implementing robust processes and controls.Manage the end-to-end process of renewals changes endorsements and cancellations to enhance customer satisfaction.Utilize GIT for version control and collaborate with team members to ensure code quality and consistency.Design and implement user interfaces using CSS XML XSLT and HTML to improve user experience.Provide technical expertise in Duck Creek Core Utilities and Database management to optimize system performance.Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Document technical processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity within the team.Communicate effectively in English to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications


Possess a strong background in .Net Azure DevOps and SQL Server Management Studio with at least 6 years of experience.Demonstrate proficiency in Duck Creek technologies including Rating PolicyCenter and Manuscripts.Exhibit expertise in statutory compliance audit processes and managing renewals changes and cancellations.Have experience with GIT CSS XML XSLT and HTML for software development and user interface design.Show proficiency in English language skills including reading writing and speaking.Display strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
