Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert technical support for AspenTech’s solutions, troubleshooting complex engineering problems related to chemical and industrial processes.
Deliver high-quality training classes on AspenTech’s engineering products, ensuring customers understand and maximize their use of the software.
Collaborate with customers to optimize workflows, improving business outcomes using AspenTech tools.
Engage with internal R&D teams, offering insights and feedback to drive product improvements.
Conduct pre-release software testing and contribute to the development of training materials and white papers for the knowledge base.
Travel to customer sites as needed, typically less than 25%.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant experience. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience with chemical or manufacturing processes in industries such as refining, chemical, pharmaceutical, or other process-driven environments.
Strong understanding of AspenTech’s engineering products,or other process industry software.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AspenTech products or similar advanced software from other vendors is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to building lasting customer relationships.
Willingness to travel as needed for customer engagements, including international travel (less than 25%).
