Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Engineering lead, who is curious about the latest innovations and leverage this knowledge to develop scalable, high-quality cloud first solutions in the Internet of Things (IoT) domain. The ideal candidate will possess a background in IoT technologies, cloud computing, and software development. Also, responsible for leading a team of engineers with the capability to set the technical direction of products, ensuring that the team adheres to best practices and architectural standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and lead the development team in building high quality digital solutions
• Solve complex technical challenges and system integration issues to enable multiple teams in product development.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Enforce engineering standards and best practices across development teams.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including diagrams and specifications, to support project clarity and direction.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Technical Skills and Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of cloud technologies and architectures, including modulith and microservice architecture.
• Deep Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Springboot or C#, RestAPIs with solid design principles understanding.
• knowledge of front-end technologies such as javascript, React,NextJs and Typescript.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Understanding of integration and deployment models and best practices for software and firmware delivery.
• Experience with cloud providers, particularly AWS, and their services.
• Proven experience in driving innovation and technology adoption within teams.
