Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in TW-Basic Config Generative AI and Trackwise On-prem. Experience in COTS Products within the Life Sciences Manufacturing and Supply Chain domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage testing processes and ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead the testing efforts for projects involving TW-Basic Config ensuring all configurations meet quality standards.Oversee the integration of Generative AI into testing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Provide comprehensive testing strategies for Trackwise On-prem applications ensuring seamless functionality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing objectives with project goals and timelines.Develop and maintain detailed test plans test cases and test scripts to ensure thorough coverage.Execute test cases and document results identifying and reporting any defects or issues.Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality and performance.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all testing activities.Utilize domain knowledge in COTS Products for Life Sciences Manufacturing and Supply Chain to enhance testing processes.Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure testing aligns with business needs.Implement automated testing solutions to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.Monitor and report on testing progress providing regular updates to project stakeholders.Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the testing team encouraging innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in TW-Basic Config demonstrating a strong understanding of its application in testing.Have a proven track record of integrating Generative AI into testing frameworks to optimize outcomes.Demonstrate proficiency in Trackwise On-prem with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.Experience with COTS Products in the Life Sciences Manufacturing and Supply Chain domain is highly desirable.Exhibit strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear insights.Show excellent communication skills capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Display a proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Certifications Required

ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Manager Certification in Generative AI applications
